Phoenix Arms will only ship firearms to the holder of a Federal Firearms License (FFL). Before you bring a firearm to Phoenix Arms for shipment, the dealer to whom we are shipping it must provide us with a copy of his or her FFL. Please have your dealer email the Federal Firearms License to firstname.lastname@example.org. The email should reference the customer, the buyer, and the make and model of the firearm. We will not accept a firearm for shipment if we do not have the FFL for the dealer where the firearm is being shipped.
Please package your firearm carefully to ensure that it will not be damaged in transit. Because we are required to verify the make, model, caliber, and serial number of the firearm before shipping it, do not seal the package.
To ship your firearm, we will require our normal transfer fee, plus shipping costs. Although we ship firearms via FedEx, UPS, or the USPS, we’ve found USPS Certified mail to be the most secure, so that is what we recommend. However, we’re happy to use whichever shipping company you prefer.
Once we’ve determined the size and weight of your package, we’ll provide you with a shipping estimate. All firearms are shipped with delivery confirmation and adult signature required. Phoenix Arms is not responsible for any shipping damages, so insurance is highly recommended.
